Same for my DS. Thomas obsessed. I think I could sing the song in my sleep...

Lately he's also been interested in 'Shaun the Sheep' and 'Minuscule' (because he knows Mummy actually laughs and kind of enjoys these ones...)

Fireman Sam. He used to watch Playschool, Peppa Pig, Bob the Builder and ITNG but now it's just Sam. The same episodes over and over again. He is obsessed.

A great movie for little ones is My Neighbour Totoro

DS has been sick alot recently so we have been watching

TV - Peppa Pig is on alot here. Plus

Films, he likes Finding Nemo, Babe, Tigger Movie, will watch the song bits of Jungle Book and other disney films.

A few months ago he would watch The Gruffalo everyday, plus liked The Gruffalo's child and Room on the Broom - all BBC cartoons based on the books.

Thanks everyone! I've tried Peppa Pig a few times but she's just not interested. I thinks maybe Playschool is worth a try because real people seem a bit more successful than cartoons.

I might try a movie too.

I'll look up some of those other suggestions too - thanks!

Can I ask a genuine question- why is watching tv terrible? I understand that if your baby/child was watching it to excess, but why is watching a bit of tv so bad? I have researched studies done but the demographics of the families contributed to the results, so it wasn't just the tv that caused the outcome.
