im 43 and about to start IVF.
Im very fit and healthy so my concern is not so much the risk to me. I'm very worried about the high chance of having a baby with genetic or chromosomal abnormalities. I'd love to hear from mums who conceived when they were over 40. I desperately want a child, but at the same time I'm so afraid that my eggs are " well passed their best".
