On my phone internet is down, was going to reply to all posts so I'll go back. But I was awake at 2am with horrible nausea. DP always wakes when I am out of the bed so found me sitting on the couch poor thing came and sat with me. Also had a bra fitting today as my bras were all too tight. I have gone up 2 sizes already!

I do feel a little guilty about not including the oldest just yet, but we agreed that it means more to us to feel safe telling everyone than the small amount he may feel annoyed at not being told first. Yes we are placing our feelings above his in this case, but he doesn't process or understand things the same as a "normal" child would, and the consequences for us would be greater if the worst was to happen.

Glad you found a compromise and good luck on the house moving. Take it easy though

Thanks Rose, I will definitely be taking it easy - DH is very protective over this little one - I'm allowed to point and that's pretty much it!

Thanks for reading through my dilemma ladies, I really appreciate having somewhere to vent a bit

Awww Rose I feel your pain with the nausea. That was nice of Dh to come sit with you. Hope it passes for you soon.

Vent away Arlais! We're happy to help!

Hi Jessyj glad your all day nausea is going!

    Hi munchkin!

I've told my management at work but we are going to wait till our next OB appointment to tell anyone else. I'll be 11+2 and we will get a scan that day so hopefully see bub all wriggling in there!

Wow really feeling for all of you with morning sickness, this is my 3rd pregnancy and with me each pregnancy has less m/s ......my first pg was awful!

I saw my OB on Wed and my blood tests have come back showing I have an overactive thyroid. I had more test Thursday and won't find out until next Thursday what is going on. He did a scan but got called away to a women in labour so I didn't get to see much (Doh!) He told me to be "cautiously optimistic" which made me sad as I hadn't really considered that this bub wouldn't stick. I think this thyroid issue can cause m/c.

So now I have to wait and see.... My pg symptoms seem to be lessening but not sure if that is because we are further into the pg or because baby hasn't stuck. I have never had a m/c so not sure what it is like? It will be a long, long 5 days!

I hope so too. It was better last night, Dr told me yesterday to take maxalon before bed and I also didn't take my vitamin last night, took it this morning.

Out of my previous 5 pregnancy I only had bad nausea with my daughter, thats why I am leaning towards a girl.
I hope all turns out well. I would, think they could put you on medication? For the thyroid.
