We will be going private and I have no idea if I need a referral for the OB or what else I need to do lol.
Does anyone else find being pregnant is all thought consuming at the moment? It's all I think about pretty much all the time lol!
Also funny about the animals acting differently, my dogs haven't that I've noticed, but my DH (who has such an incredible sense of smell I'm convinced he is part dog) says I smell different
My understanding for private, yes, get a referral! :-)

Baby Brain has kicked in for me aswell, constantly loosing things or forgetting things.

I only work part time and at night so hopefully when 'morning' sickness hits for me, I shouldn't be too badly effected.

I have my doctors appointment tomorrow, hopefully I can get my blood test done and a referral for a scan. I had an ectopic 18 months ago so this point is a bit scary for me.

My cat has also gone a bit crazy and sits on my lap, which she has never done.

I hope everyone is well I'm not suffering too much... yet

So I told my colleagues tonight, they were so excited for me and all I could feel was the urge to puke ha ha!
My boss makes us all lunch each day so it'll be easier to dodge what I can't/don't feel like eating. She straight away said "THAT'S what the crackers are for! I feel better telling them, but bad that my best mates and some family don't know before my colleagues.
Sucking on ice seems to be helping -can't stomach water/tea anything really!
    Sleep tight

Yes - just as munchkin said you will need a referral, but even more importantly in the meantime, it is worth giving the ob a call and booking in. Where we live they fill up pretty fast!

I'm an early childhood teacher Munchkin. Yeah, we throw $10 in each week and she buys everything then we help to get it all together each day, it makes things easier for us all really

So I found myself some relief! A tin of pineapple! It was like I struck gold! Couldn't stop at just one so drank the juice and ate the fruit! The dry biscuits are defibately helping too...plus just had a few strawberries...must be the tangy flavour that helps curb the nausea! Who knows!

Hi everyone congrats on all the bfp.

I'm hoping to join in bit in shock actually. I have a toddler who turned two in April. And a 5.5month old bubba girl. Our little girl took over a year to conceive on clomid and metaforim. I have PCOS. Didn't think I could really fall pregnant naturally just like that. We wanted another but not for some time. I had a mc last month which was a shock as it was an oops. We werent trying but not being super careful either. Bigger shock got a BFP today which makes me due 19th April. 3 under 3 freak out

    So so happy as well.

Haven't told anyone not even hubby he's got some big things coming up so doesn't need the distraction right now I know he'll be happy but he needs to concentrate outside our family right now. I'm kinda enjoying this wonderful surprise to myself.

    Fx for us all.
