actually, Apple Cider Vinegar!
it reduces bloating really well and it feels so much better as well.
I just add 2 tablespoons to a glass of water or use some as a dressing on salad.
I think you just need to check with your dr first to see if it's ok for you and also make sure you don't buy the unpasteurized one.
