No exercise for me because I'm still sicky, but I'm snacking on berries because they're yum. Long walk planned for tomorrow, plus some chilling out at the park. That should do something, yeah?

Terrible day today. I'm such an emotional eater :-(

So today's food:
Breakfast: quick oats wish honey and a dash of milk.
Lunch: leftover tuna bake
Dinner: grilled steak with sweet potato mash and steamed veg.
Snacks: 1 milk arrowroot, air popped popcorn and a cup of tea. All accounted for in MFP and under my calorie limit

Breakfast was good, oatmeal made with half water half skim milk with linseed and wheat germ, a touch of honey, and some frozen berries.
Lunch was a total fail, had an apple and banana and sandwich but not until almost 3 pm!
Dinner was stew with chorizo and a bunch of veggies.
Dessert, Greek yogurt with strawberries and a touch of honey.
And a walk of about 30 minutes, no idea how far it is, though.

Well done to those that have had a good day! And for those that haven't, start afresh tomorrow But just remember if you've had a bad lunch or eaten chocolate in the afternoon that is NO reason to throw the rest of the day away!
Don't kick yourself while you're down by making yourself extra guilty . We know you can do it and one bad meal is always heaps better than three plus snacks.
As for me, today I haven't eaten anywhere near enough. About 1200 cals which is terrible for a BFing mother. I really need to ensure I eat enough because I really really don't want to have my supply suffer. I slept through breakfast time and when I would normally have a mid-morning snack because DS didn't sleep very well at all. As a result DH got up early with him and gave him a bottle of EBM to let me get some sleep. Which was awesome for sleep but not so great for eating enough food.
I should have something to eat before I go to bed but I seriously can't face eating at night. It always makes me feel heavy and I have a hard time getting to sleep so I'm just going to make sure I have a higher calorie day tomorrow to compensate.
It'll be interesting to see if I have a loss tomorrow morning because of it but I'm certainly not going to make a habit of it. The last thing I want is for my bub to not be getting enough because I'm not.

Okay - Have my rat bags in bed so could read through the posts
Angelina - Yum!! Your b'fast sounds delish.
Boobycino - Sounds like you had fun though??!!
TwinnieMumma - goos job on the walk... your food sounds great today.
Zombie_eyes - Yummo Lamb is my fav!!
RandR - It's good to have the thread to be accountable. Your chicken looks so yummy as do your skewers!
Mrstuilawa - Yum - I love sushi.
Monnie24 - Ah I know that guilty feeling all too well (and the sick feeling). Just get back on the horse next meal. You'll be alright
As for me. I've just realised how much I've posted already in here (sorry ) so I'm going to try save my post up for at night after I've finished eating so I can just do one altogether.
My day was pretty good but I got stuck at work all day (when I was just going to duck in for 10 mins) so I had to pop out to woolies to grab lunch so it wasn't the best.
Breakfast - Egg white omelette (pic earlier) with skinny tea.
M/tea - Reg Skinny FW
Lunch - Banana & 3 fresh dates
A/tea - Skinny tea
Dinner - Clean shepard's pie (just minced chicken breast with veg, tomatoes, herbs, sweet potato & chobani yoghurt) with skinny tea
Snack - 2 fresh dates with almond butter plus 2 more skinny teas.
I only drank 600ml of water today. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see a HUGE problem with my fluid intake.... No wonder I suck at falling to sleep at night
My son actually asked me yesterday why I had a glass of water. I asked him what he meant and he said I don't normally drink water like them ... I have my cup of tea. I don't know how this started but I used to be great at guzzling the h2o. Guess I know my next weekly goal huh??
How is everyone else going??
