So far so good today. Porridge for breakfast, apple for morning tea and a salad and cheese filled pita for lunch. With any luck will even get out for a walk later.
How is everyone going?

Went shopping last night and bought fat free Greek yoghurt(the same brand someone else mentioned) and lots of fresh fruit and some frozen raspberries.
had most of a banana on the way to an 8 am appt then had oats with fresh blueberries after i got back from the appt. Made with low fat milk and not water though :-(
Having a baked potato with chicken,chickpeas and veggies(carrot,corn lots of spinach) with dollop of tzatziki
Weighed myself the other day but will do an "official" weigh in when I get home.

Protein smoothie for breakfast,
Tuna avocado and tomato for lunch
Will have some chobani and strawberries for arvo tea soon.
Dinner is grilled lamb and salad!!

Breakfast was a bit of a fail this morning. Had a shocker night with DD and had to be out of the house super early! I'd usually do a smoothie so I could just grab it and go but our blender is out of action, so for breakfast I had a bowl of muesli, a skinny hot choc and some muesli slice while out, and when we made it back a couple of hours later I had 2 slices of cheese on toast. I find if I have a really bad night with DD I just crave carbs.
Lunch was chicken and sugar snap pea fried rice with fruit and green tea.

Still yet to decide what to do for dinner!
Haven't done any real exercise, just plenty of walking this morning with 9.5kg DD in the carrier.

Shocking day today ate some picnics I have decided to donate the chocolate to grandmas nursing home 😳
I feel sooo guilty and sick! Oh well dinner is something with beef

Lunch 3 sushi rolls - tuna avo, crumbed prawn and crispy chicken.
Snack - some carmens bar 68 cal

Afternoon snack - carrot sticks,cucumber, red capsicum,cherry tomatoes and a piece of tasty cheese cut into 3 little cubes.

Just uploading my dinner pic while I'm on my phone cos it's easier. Will read posts after the boys are in bed.
Experimented in the kitchen tonight and came up with this clean shepard's pie. It tastes scrumptious
