protein smoothie for breaky,
2x crustless mini quiches(think party pie sized) for lunch with a tomato and garlic salad
arvo tea was chobani yogurt with protein power added and some berries
dinner will be grilled fish with salad

So many adelaide ladies! I'm an Adelaide girl too maybe we should start a walking group lol.
I met up with a friend for coffee and had ham cheese toastie, I'm still waiting for my delivery from lite n easy. Just doing this until we move out then we will be going wheat free dairy free and peanut free. So basically HAVE to go clean eating. I bought scales so will update my weight more correctly tomorrow morning

Goal Weight: 57-58ish? And to cut out sugar!
Weekly loss: about a kilo I guess. I'm not sure what's a reasonable amount!
TOTAL loss: 6ish kgs
Weekly goal: to cut back on naughty snacks, midnight bowls of cereal 😔, to cut back on sugar (I'm soo addicted so I don't think I'll be able to completely stop in a week)
I eat way too much cr*p! My main meals are generally pretty healthy but I'm breastfeeding so I snack soo often and it's always garbage like Tim tams or chips. I usually walk everywhere but the weather is so bad that I haven't and I can see the weight going on.
I really just want to start eating cleaner, having healthy snacks!
I was going to have a creamy chicken and mushroom pie for dinner (chock full of cream, butter and pastry) but this thread made me change my mind! So we're now having chicken and mushroom roll type thing that I've poached in some glad wrap and I'll dry fry to brown the outside once it's done. We'll just have it with a side salad.

Snacks for today - carrot and cucumber sticks and popcorn 194 cal worth :/
Dinner will be pork loin chop, steamed vegetables and mash potato. (Dh is cooking)
Exercise - walked around the shops for an hour. Cold and rainy here and dd is in the middle of a wonder week so I'm not sure how much exercise I'll achieve

Okay here goes.
Goal weight: 65kg (after 6 weeks)
Ultimate goal: 58kg
This week my aim is to log everything I eat into My Fitness Pal and stick to my daily limit.
DH has just started a new job so this week I'm just concentrating on food and getting back into domestic goddess mode.

I'm aiming to get fitter and fit comfortably into a size 12. Breastfeeding has been helping me so far but I think the weight loss has come to a stop now that DS is almost 7 months today

Weekly goal: No takeaway , chocolate or sugar. Low gi foods and 3x exercise sessions.
