My DS1 (who is 5 and home from school sick today) just saw me with a glass of water and said 'Mummy why do you have a drink of water?' I asked him what he meant and he said 'Shouldn't you have a cup of tea? You don't usually drink water like us.'
Well isn't that a wake up call?!!! I used to be amazing at drinking water. Now I just drink tea or coffee.

Goal Weight: 69kg (not sure if its achievable but that is what I weighed when I met DP in 1999)
Mini Goal: I want to at least get to 80kgs by mid October. We are going to QLD for 2 weeks and I don't want to be a fat white whale.
Weekly Goal: 1kg
** I do 30 mins of a recumbent bike in the morning 5 days per week. Also doing 1 session a week with a personal trainer to hopefully tighten up the wobblies.
** My eating is ok....I just have problems with snacks. As in....I get peckish and grab the nearest easiest thing which happens to be some carp the kids eat. Also need to cut out the wine...
** Looking for tips on what to eat for lunch or what snacks I can have.

Oooh can I please join, 5 months pp and the excuse of "I just had a baby" isn't going to fly for much longer!

I was 68kg when I fell preg, my DD is now 4 weeks old & I'm back to that weight but want to get to 63-64kg which is my ideal weight.
The last few days I've eaten terribly! Everything in site.
I'm BFing but this is no excuse!
I need to get my eating back under control.
I love walking so plan to walk 30 mins a day (M-F) when DD & I can get out with the pram. Weather here atm is BAD!! Wettest July in Adelaide in 17 years.
My mum & I usually walk 10kms on Saturdays too, so once the weather clears up we'll get back into that too!

I've been slowly losing weight since having DS in December last year. The weight loss has stopped now so need to kick start it again. Hoping to get fitter and fit comfortably into a size 12.
