Mmmm chocolate and wine... Super jealous! Then again, if I'm honest when I'm losing weight seeing the number going down on the scales is motivating enough for me that I tend to not really want to splurge And my go to treat is one of the Atkins milk chocolate bars and the Jarrah limited edition Mint Madness hot chocolate. Just a chocolatey hit without all the calories. I feel like I've really indulged after that.
I've only lost 500g in the last week, which is better than nothing for sure. That's two cups of fat. But it'd be nice to have seen another 500g gone on top of that.
Tomorrow is my ultimate weigh in though. On the 28th of July last year I was 71.8kg. I'm hoping to be at the same weight tomorrow. That'd be awesome because then even though I've had a baby in the last 12 months I've still managed to effectively maintain my weight. I want to go down more but that's a pretty good start .

i went all the way to the shops to weigh myself (its not safe for my mental wellbeing to have scales in my house) this morning and the damn corridor the scales reside in was closed off for reburbishment argh!
I'll hafto wait until monday >_<

Now on top of my sore back I've come down with flu.. so no exercise here. I have no appetite on the upside and I might sweat away some of this weight with my fever..lol
I'm liking the eat healthy all week/treat yourself on the weekend rule. Although I'm not sure it would work as I really have no self control when I comes to junk food.. once I start, I just can't stop..lol.

Current Weight: 73kgs
Goal Weight: 65kgs (this challenge). 47kgs (ultimate weight goal, was 50kgs in February :'( :'( )
TOTAL loss: 0
Weekly Goal: 1-2kgs at least
I have been eating super terrible all week....
Im so bad at getting into weight loss mode but once I do i tend to do quite well...
So im going to start tomorrow with exercise and eating healthy, hope I feel better tomorrow think im getting a flu type illness.

Yeah for me i need to accept i cannot have treats because its like a drop of blood in a shark tank and sets off a binge frenzy. And then its hell go get back out of it.
Ive just been programming myself to instantly say no to myself and others when theres an opportunity to eat something outside of my meal plan.
Wish i could be normal but for me its just not the case

Another one off the rails...I had TWO Mars Bars today....Arrgghhhh! (was sooo good though! )
I went so well yesterday, then today it all went pear shaped...had fish N chips for lunch' also...
I'm going to write this week off and start afresh tomorrow...I know I CAN go without chocolate,really I didn't miss it,and I felt so much better for eating well....then I went and ruined it Why,WHY?!
I'm going to take the kids for a walk tomorrow,and get myself right back on track!
Thanks eko I'll look for that Jarrah Choc drink when I'm next at the supermarket. Sounds like you're going really well,you are going to hit your goal for sure!
