I try to do two outings a day, the good playground is 2.5 klms away and there's a good sized shopping centre 2klms, also dfs work is 1klm away so if I meet him for lunch or meet after work and walk home, it all adds up pretty quickly. Katelyn hates being at home so she motivates me!
I need to plan ahead better I think. Maybe get some almonds or something healthy to snack on so I don't go "omg I'm dying I need cake and chocolate!!!"

I buy quinoa, chai seeds etc. from the health food section in woollies (macro brand). I also get my coconut oil, LSA, spelt grain from there.
I haven't bought stevia, cacao, agave etc. yet if that's what you're having trouble finding?? But you can get them at health food shops.
Does that help??

I find it more if a pain not to have curry Well I do but only the night before my bands get changed cos my clear ones around the ceramic turn a feral shared of yellow.
