I'm terrible an weigh myself every morning. Still 67.1. Was so sure I would crack the 66's today. Also I ate ds's left over cheese sandwich. Will make that my lunch. I just can't stand wasting food!

Brekkie 2 pieces toast,3 slices ham, half can baked beans, cheese
Lunch salad - lettuce beans corn cucumber tomato feta grilled chicken pumpkin with low fat yoghurt dressing
Dinner boiled rice and vegies
Snack yoghurt and dried apple rings

Today wasnt too bad food wise
Breakfast : Puffed wheat with milk
Lunch: Lasagne, salad and garlic bread
Dinner: Very small piece of beef and mushroom pie, mashed potato, corn and peas

Breakfast: 1 protein shake and 1 slice rye toast with 50gms turkey breast
Snack: 1 small mandarin and 1 small apple
Lunch: 1.5 cups leftover mushroom, chicken and broccoli risotto
Snack: 2 mini muesli bars (naughty!)
3 squares dark chocolate (double naughty!!)
Dinner: prawn and chive dumplings with roasted carrots, capsicum and zucchini, Asian greens and brown rice
20 minutes on the treadmill alternating between 1 minute of walking and 1 minute of jogging :smiledance:
So happy I can jog some again!!! Nowhere near as much as I used to but it's a start!! Haven't sweated like that in ages!

My daily report
Breakfast - oats with chobani yoghurt, banana & cinnamon with skim tea
M/tea - skinny FW
Lunch - Left over clean shepard's pie
A/tea - watermelon & skinny FW
Dinner - lamb & roast veg quinoa

Dessert - 2 fresh dates with skim tea.
I also managed a litre of water today. Not nearly enough but an improvement on yesterday.
Tomorrow I'm aiming for more water and less caffeine.

Breakfast: quick oats made with water, milk and honey to taste.
Lunch: can of tuna with half a tomato and a couple of slices of red onion.

Snacks: 2 tbsp Nutella, cup of tea
And I have calories to spare!

Today was day 10 and did ok. Not as awesome as the previous 9
Skipped breakfast oops
Had my thermomix demo and had 4 jatz with the cheese and herb dip. 4 tablespoons of mushroom risotto (carborific ) 5 tablespoons of gluten free lemon custard.
Dinner was 3 mini quiches with tomato and avacado.
