OK back to do personals now i've had a little nap and am feeling bit less sick! (if anyone knows the answer to my 4/5 engaged question from earlier let me know!! Be useful to hear how your OBs/midwifes measured it)
Smurfy- finally been able to look at Sienna's picture and she is so gorgeous! Well done as it sounds like you had a great birth. Did you use any of the hypnobirthing or did it all go out the window?
Miss X- yeah iron tablets can cause that....but its not the case for me as been on them for ages! Think its either a little bug or just baby related. Been able to eat a little now but still feel quite ill and got a funny tingling numb pain at the top of my bump. Hope your OB recommends some gentler iron tablets for you as some are very strong.
SquiggsMom-love your 3D scan photos! remind me how many weeks you are now? Amazing to see two in the womb like that
Michelle- Sorry you're having a crappy day hun. Must be so hard when you've not got any work. Can you access any other unemployment centrelink benefits if you can't find anything?
Waiting- hope you enjoy your hospital workshop tonight. what's it about? Glad the heart burn tablets have helped that must have been so horrible!
Toni- happy 5 week birthday to River!
MCB - I hope you get some work soon. Im in the no work boat too, its so frustrating when you want and are fully capable of working!!!!
Channy - I'm glad to hear everything is ok and there have been no more clots!
Ponytail- yes the CM is pretty gross at times! I always use liners anyway but needed them so much more during pregnancy! I feel its got worse the more advanced the pregnancy has got.

Mcb - it's a "2nd time around" class for parents having 2nd / 3rd babies etc, not a full antenatal class
Good luck tonight ponytail!

Toni, happy 5 weeks. River is gorgeous
Waiting, I hope the heartburn goes soon. I hope you enjoy your class
Bond, in answer to your question, when bub wasn't really engaged, my ob wrote down 4/5.
Rainbow, yay for buying your last few big ticket items.
The hypnobirthing pretty well went out the window. DH said I did an awesome job and stayed calm, I didn't feel calm. I ended up with an epidural as my contractions were one after the other and really intense, and the midwife told me they were mild and wouldn't have done anything (if that was mild, I didn't want to feel the big ones). Turns out these mild contractions got me from3cm to fully dilated in a couple of hours (lucky they didn't check or they may not have given me the epidural). I did use the hypnobirthing birth breathing and it only took 15 minutes to push her out.

Well done smurfy. Sounds like your contractions were really effective and great to hear the birth breathing worked a treat!

Bond: I hope your finally starting to feel abit better. I always thought 2/5 was almost totally engaged and 4/5 was just starting to engage?? But I guess it depends on who is checking u?
Pony- have fun telling ur families I'm sure they will all be over the moon. As for the cm I think it depends on each pregnancy I had little bits with dd and massive sex drive. None with ds and we just dtd when ever not overly crazy like with dd and this one lots and lots of cm so I feel ur pain I have resorted to using liners everyday and most days I have to change regularly.
Squiggsmum- love the pics of your twins
MCB- sorry ur having a crappy day. Fx you can get some help from centerlink or a part time job to help get u some income.
Toni- happy 5weeks little miss river.
Afm- just wanna say thanks to everyone for thinking of me today it truly has helped me along my day. 😊
Well had my appoint this arvo got a lady dr but no stretch and sweep which I was kinda ok with coz didn't feel really comfortable with her. Had to monitor bubs coz haven't felt much movements over last few days and that all came back all good. So nxt appt is fri 2nd aug (will be 40+8) hope like hell I don't need this appointment anyway will have a ultrasound to check how much fluid is around bubs and then go down to delivery to get checked. nurse said they may do strech and sweep or organise gel for the nxt day depending on how i am and how busy delivery is with everyone else.

Rainbow: yay for your little man being so active. Have fun picking up the outdoor set and camera. Its nice to feel organised.
Waiting: heartburn was the worst! How did your class go and when did you book the scan for?
Michelle: a baby is never a mistake especially when you want her so much to be in your life. On fb search for Happy Hippie Markets and like the page. If you get some craft stock up (25 items) every month they run an online market. We are participating this month great fun. The spots are all taken for this weekend but if you have liked the page you could try for a spot next month. Another option for making a little bit of money.
Bond Girl: no idea re 4/5 my doctor never said anything about it. Hope you are feeling better today.
Ponytail: how did telling the family go? Hope you are doing alright.
Smurfy how are you and Sienna today?
Loony: I hope you have bub before 40+8
Channy: how did people react to your announcement? Were your results good?
Hi to everyone else.
Will update the front list hopefully today. I discovered yesterday I spend between 9 and 12hrs every day feeding or expressing for River. No wonder I have no time for anything else lol

Loony, I really hope your bub comes before you get to 40+8.
Toni, I'm doing well. We had a horror night last night. She would wake up screaming every Hal hour and take ages to settle. DH was awesome and did all the settling so I could sleep. I'm not sure it didn't get too cold in here for her, cos she finally got in a good stretch of sleep once we added an extra blanket.
Wow that's a long time to spend feeding or expressing each day.
