Yay MrsT the road has officially begun! Think ill take conceive well by blackmores initially ans add a folic acid tablet possibly. Think ill stick to Dec as I leave my vits by my bed and seem to remember to take them that way. Don't know if its bad to take them before bed?

yeayy for a day 1 of vitamins! saw you ditched the red bull too - did you survive the day?
Hopefully, I took the blackmores conceive well just on their own, no extra folic acid tablet. It does have the folic acid dose in it so I probably wouldn't bother with an extra dose (unless maybe you find you have really low levels & need to get them up)

Yes *sigh* cutting the red bull out completely. I'm on day three and the cravings are rough, but I am STRONG! Lol... Getting there though. I have a strong motivator now which is important!

I don't actually drink coffee. Don't much like the flavour. But it's growing on me, and I'm using it to get past the red bull

Well apparently after having something 10 times you like it...seemed to work with DH and olives. It's going to be interesting in the first few weeks of pregnancy, as I've been reading all the Mums-to-be are always complaining of being so tired and you can't really OD on the caffeine.

Yeah my cousin just announced she's preg. Barely even 5 weeks and she's got nausea, aching back, and exhaustion. Doesn't take long to kick in!!
