    Default 4 month sleep regression?

My baby is nearly 5 months old and she has never been the best sleeper but in the last week it has gotten considerably worse.

She used to wake 2 or 3 times for a quick feed and then right back to sleep no problems and then wake around 7.

Now she has been waking every 2 hours roughly and will go back to sleep but then wake again 15 minutes later. She is also waking up for the day earlier too.

I breast feed and I have no problem getting up for her but I'm worried that she isn't getting enough sleep.

I'm interested in hearing how other babies have gone through this and if it will improve eventually?

Thanks for taking the time to reply.

Seems perfectly normal. Have you looked at the wonder weeks? I'm pretty sure the 4month one is the worst!
DD4 slept 12-14 hours from birth but right on 16weeks she woke at least 10 times a night, barely slept and wanted to be held. Lasted 10 weeks then she went straight back to normal.

Yes she is in the fourth leap now. I was hoping that's what it is but she doesn't seem unhappy or fussy, just wakeful.
