Default 9 week old DD constipated :-(

So DD is constipated and I'm not sure how to help her. Have tried Coloxyl, tummy massages, stimulating her bottom, water etc etc. She is on anti reflux formula. She has really hard stools and cries trying to get them out.

Should I try prune juice? If so how much?

    TIA

I use prune juice undiluted in a 2mL dropper a few times a day and works great without turning constipation into diarrhoea and tummy pains. Boil a few prunes in water until you can mush it and get the juice.

If bub has reflux don't use brown sugar it can aggravate their tummy. Try pear juice or prune.

Thanks so much ladies. We've tried the brown sugar but it didn't do anything.

Mummaoj, how many times per day did you give 2ml prune juice?
