Probably could have thrown into the question - What was their health/lifestyle like at that time?
Were they at the gym everyday?
    Were they still drinking?
    Weigh more than recommend?

With our first dp smoked a lot and drank occasionally. Normal weight range. Bub was a surprise.
    He was 24, I was 20

With our second he smoked secretly but didn't drink as much. Normal weight range. It took us 12mths to conceive. He was 27, I was 23

With our third he doesn't smoke. Drinks occasionally. Normal weight range. It took us four mths to conceive. He was 30, I am 26.

My dh was 45 when our ds2 was born. Natural conception.

He is very fit, doesn't go to the gym, but works a very physical job. He smokes and drinks so we were a little surprised at how easy it was.

He was 40, me 38. He doesn't drink or smoke, is fairly fit and takes pretty good care of himself. Me, at the time was dieting and had lost 10kg, so still obese but much healthier than usual.

I might also add we weren't trying for children, and had sex once in the month I conceived. Anything is possible

My DH was 31 then 33 with our first 2. He is now 40 and this was our surprise bub, so not even trying. My DH is healthy, goes to the gym semi regularly ( sometimes a few times a week, some weeks not at all) and has a few beers a few nights week. We were on holidays with his family when this bub was conceived and lots of socializing ie drinking was going on. It was Christmas/new years silly season-you get the picture. I'm 37, so proof it's not always harder when you get older.

I hope you get your BFP very soon!

Average weight, no idea about other lifestyle factors though but he had had rigorous testing and had super sperm.
