I haven't had a drink since I found out I was pregnant over 3 years ago prior to that I would be out every Friday and Saturday night getting very drunk I find it very hard to stop at one or two and excessive drinking is not something I want my son to think is normal behaviour so I just don't.
In no way do I think a drink here or there or one glass of wine at night is bad, I just know for myself I cannot stop there so don't at all. I don't think I am the norm in my age group (I am 23) and all of my friends with and without children drink most will have a beer or wine after work or at the end of the day

It depends how bad my day has been. Usually have a beer with dinner everynight. a couple extra after dinner on weekends with DH. I dont feel the need to binge drink at all even if i am out. i can stop after one. Its more of a winding down, "me time" thing for me.
Everyday for me.
I didnt drink at all while pregnant and breastfeeding.

I'm pregnant ATM so not drinking (although I'd kill for one!) but pre pregnancy would drink on average 2-3 drinks, 3 days a week (fri, sat, sun)

I don't drink at all and haven't since 2006.. Now if I could just convince Dh to be a non drinker too, now that would be great!

At the moment it's approx 1 day a week- maybe 2-3 drinks at a time. (any more than that and I get a bad hangover and it's not worth it) Usually wine or cider at home on a Friday night with DH. I haven't been out to drink since long before falling pregnant.. and even that was a rarity as I'm a complete homebody. Sometmes I go weeks without it, but I do enjoy a nice glass of vino Oh, and zero alcohol when pregnant.

I don't drink regularly. Last time I had a drink was a month ago on a girls' night out. I had one glass of wine and that was it. Before that, I can't remember the last time I had a drink.

I don't drink regularly. Before I was pregnant, I maybe drank 1 day a week? If that? I'd go through phases, for example, if we opened a bottle of wine I might have a glass a night until it was gone and then I wouldn't drink anything for another 4 or so weeks, for example.

Most nights I'll have 1-2 glasses of red when the kids are in bed.

I don't drink. Perhaps only 2 or 3 times a year will I indulge in something.
