Hi ladies My baby is 6 months old now and I am still breastfeeding. I am back to pre pregnancy weight for this baby but need to get back to pre pregnancy weight from my second child haha. I'm 62.1 this morning and my goal is to get to 56kg. I've been on a breastfeeding friendly shake diet for the past month and am loving it! I was on another brand but switched as I got so sick of having to use a blender twice a day so this one suits me much better as it's easier and quieter (no waking the baby!). It's called Mother's Mix... has anyone else tried it?

Well done on the loss mia
Hi FlipFlop & ck2b
I don't really have much to report, still around 59kg (did go down to 58.5 mid week, but back up today). I have kept up my exercise though, 4 x 40min jogs and 4 x strength training sessions last week. I'm starting to feel fitter already - my chest doesn't feel like it's going to explode after 5mins of running anymore!

Hi everyone & welcome!
I've been so slack the last few weeks but finally getting back on track!
I'm doing lots of walking & just eating healthy. Cutting out junk & unnecessary sugar. I really don't have a great deal to lose (4-5kg) & I know I just need topull my finger out & get on with it!!!

I haven't lost any or gained I have been so bad with my eating, but I have gotten rid of all the crap food so when I go shopping I'm only buying healthy stuff I really enjoy the clean eating and after a week I feel fantastic and realize its all worth it

Hi everyone and welcome ck2b and flip flop
I fell off the wagon big time but am back on track now. This warmer weather has me motivated! I'm using myfitnesspal to track my calories and its a real eye opener to see just how much each little thing I'm eating is worth.
