Thanks for the kind words mrsleesey & My Beloved Ones . I'm back on track this week - no junk and back into some exercise.
bunkx - wow! you're doing great! I gained 12.5kg with DS2 and barely lost anything when he was born - I was only down like 6kg a few weeks after his birth, I don't know how some people lose so much so quick!!
I have put the scales away for a week, so not sure where I'm at but will weigh in next week and hopefully have had a loss!

I just can't help it on the weekends! I hang out all week to splurge on the weekends! Ha.
Haven't weighed myself again yet. Later in the week. Have mothers group at my place today. Cakes & biscuits for afternoon tea! It's lucky I am BFing...!
The weather here (Adelaide) is so sh!t too! I really wanna get in a good routine with some regular walking but not really being inspired to do so atm. I'm thinking ill allow myself to be a sloth inside for the next 2 weeks & then once September arrives I need to walk my a$$ off. Literally. I'm actually not too concerned with my weight or shape TBH, I just really need to tone up again! The feeling of flabby thighs just depresses me! Haha

Yeh I pig out on the weekends. It's hard to be strict with the diet when you're socialising. But I think if you didn't allow yourself a few treats here and there its not sustainable. All in moderation. I'm not denying myself anything, I'm just reducing the size i normally would have.
Haha I had the same though this morning- at least it's not September! I'll cr@p myself when it IS actually September though, so much wobble to loose by then!
Have fun at mothers group this arvo. How old is your DD?

Yeah I have to have a break on the weekends & let loose a bit or I just go crazy. I always try to do a little exercise on the weekends so it's not as bad!
My dd is 8 weeks old! How about you?

Wah I can't wait til September to get serious, we're going to Fiji for 2 weeks in Sept. I'll have to wear summer clothes and *shudder* swimmers

Well I'm starting to do some walking mrsl. Robbie has hit 6 weeks so its time to start. I know the saying that it took 9 months to put on so take it gently. It's just so hard. I get sooo hungry. I'm just trying to swap things though. ATM really addicted to avocado on cruskits
