    Oh mrst, I know the feeling! I was there a few weeks ago. If anything gaining back some of my lost weight was the best wake up call. Today is a new day! Hope your holiday was great

    Ps you asked about mfp. I use it as does Decemberbubba (I think?). Anyway, I find it fantastic. I eat 1400 cal and allow an additional 400 cal for breast feeding (usually it burns between 200-500) and so far this has worked for me. Usually I don't eat all of my allowance, but one day I did and it didn't affect my weight loss at all. The first wk I dropped 1.2kgs. I'd recommend using it

    Wow mbo that's awesome!! Pre preg I used mfp and I'm glad I've decided to use it again. You are right, gaining weight has been the kick up the bum I needed. I'm feeling really positive today, so hopefully it continues!

    Well done on the losses MBO & bunkx!

    Mrst - I used mfp for about a week just to track calories to see where I was at. I was eating around 1400-1500 cal a day. I think you're mean't to allow about 300 cal for exclusive bf'ing. I only added proper exercise (running/ walking), didn't bother about incidental stuff like cleaning etc.

    I weighed in at 57.5kg yesterday, so a 500g loss. I have had a bit of an upset tummy the last few days and have been eating very little so not sure if that loss is going to stick, but not far away from goal now.
