    Just an update...after two tubes of the prescribed cream which helped a little...my dd decided to try a trick she found on Google....sleep on a towel!! This is the result-

    The little dot scars on her forehead are chicken pox scars from when she was 18mths old...no acne scars , I couldn't believe the results a fresh towel could do!

    Try a product called Soothing Cream by Savi Organics...my step mum created all the products and they are 100% certified organic and the soothing cream is amazing. I use it as my everyday moisturizer but it helps with all sorts of skin conditions.

    Most chemist brand products and things from a Dr will be full of chemicals and may dry out the problem but won't fix it

    Yes, Cat may be the reason of leaving bacteria close to her and also should be washing her face 3 to 4 times a day. Because dust may also be the reason of these acne. May she feel much better.

    Poor thing I had bad acne as a teenager and was also teased so I can understand
    Def talk to gp as there is a number of medical solutions, however given her age they may not recommend some.
    You could certainly take her to a naturopath who may recommend vitamin supplements and diet changes.
