So I've read this in my local paper this Morning
Also with reports on fb on our community watch page about dogs being stolen missing tags on fences etc. I'm worried for the safety of my dogs. Thursday night i came home to my gate open & my amstaff missing thankfully he was only in the park across the road but that being said he had been let off his chain
Both my dogs are beautiful family dogs I haves pure bred amstaff male who has been sooked beyond belief & is best friends with our cats & kids & a Arab mastif cross who had also been used for pig hunting before we got him but absolutely loves the kids and a very good guard dog. What worries me is that they got past him to let my other dog off the chain
The police say they've had no reports if dog fighting. Yet why are so many animals going missing & turning up injured like the little dog in Windsor
Please keep an eye on your pets & keep them safe

The other place to report it is RSPCA as dog fighting is illegal in most states. You may need a bit more info but anything will help if it seems significant.

But what I don't like is that my gates have been opened inwards where as if the dogs push on them they open out wards. & that he was let off his chain twice now as he cannot undo a D bolt himself Also here have been people Sussing out dogs houses break ins n huge crime increase here in the last 2 months & markings on fences etc
Totally agree can't understand how anyone could hurt an animal

Jagmoe is it possible to padlock your gate for a while? I'd be really concerned too about the dog being let off its chain
