Glad you've had no sneezing drama's I used to get headaches from the Synarel too. Hopefully these should settle down soon for you luv. Am sure you'll make it to transfer this time girl. I have every confidence you'll get a better result this cycle
Hello Emski............... Yeeha on the 7 embie's still going strong!!! What a fantastic result!!! Yippee for a 5DT as well!! How many are you going to put back in?? 2?? Good luck with that luv in the morning How great would be to get some for the freezer as well?? for you luv!!!!
Am really hoping this will be a BFP cycle for both of you girls.....
AFM: Still the same old, same old pill popping and spoon licking going on AF due in a few days, so am starting to feel the PMS kicking in now. Am feeling more tired and have been binging on chocolate M&M things......just waiting for the next eruption of blind pimples to arrive any day now (been having some issues with them for the last couple of months. From the DHEA I think??)
Ok ladies, hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend. Know that I'm cheering you both on from the sidelines here and am sending tons of both your way!! Until next time..................

Thanks Blonde, was a very hard day, lots of crying that day. The family organised a very special wake for him, right on the beach which he would have loved. BTW I spoke to soon about the Synarel sneezes lol, now for some reason I am getting them. How did ET go Emski? hope all went well and how r u going Blonde? I will be having next BT and scan tomorrow, EPU probably Wed, OMG, its happening, not sure Im ready for this
21-10-2013 11:46 #56
Good luck today with you BT's/scan Am sure everything is going to be just fine luv. Try not to let your fear get the better of you. This is a different cycle in every shape, way and form. I have every confidence that the same thing will not happen this time!!! Am looking forward to reading about your progress.
I'm travelling along well thanks luv I started the BCP yesterday and I'm due to see my FS this week to finalise the in's and out's of this cycle. I won't start stimming for another few weeks, so will continue to down reg on the pill until then (I need to time this cycle carefully due to family commitments) so this cycle will be even longer than usual, but that's ok, I've waited this long already!!!
Went to the GP to get the results of all the blood tests I had done last cycle (baseline bloods etc, in preparation for this next IVF/ICSI cycle) and I nearly fell off my chair when she told me that my AMH has increased from 7.5 (in Feb 2012) to 14 now!!! WTF????? I'm thinking it's the DHEA that's sent my ovaries into overdrive, but will clarify that with FS when I see him this week. Am hoping this increase will translate into more eggs at EPU, but there's no guarantee of that unfortuanately.
Quick shout out to Emski.......How you going in your 2ww girl??? Been following you on one of the other threads. Got my for you luv and sending you
Ok, must go. Thanks for checking in Booboo. Been watching you on the other threads too Good luck sweetie. and to you too!!!

Don't know what's going on with BH today??? Having problems posting etc....Ok, just doing a tester....

Hi, how did u go seeing the FS Blonde? That's amazing news about your AMH levels increasing Had EPU Wed, we got 8 eggs, 5 mature, 2 fertilised. 1 is at a 4 cell stage the other at 2 cell, praying we get to transfer next week, waiting for the call is so nerve racking, its driving me insane
27-10-2013 13:41 #59
Well done on the 2 eggs fertilising luv!! I know you must be a little disappointed, but that's two more than last time!!! I totally understand that you're a nervous wreck atm, I'm the same too. Have you spoken to someone at the clinic/lab today to see how your emby's are getting on?? Are you going to whack both of them back in?? (I definitely would especially if the other embryo isn't of a good enough quality to freeze, although they may not let you being your first ET??) and I do believe you will make it to ET luv!!!
Everything went well at my appointment and my FS has agreed with the changes I wanted to make so that's good too. I've started the BCP and will cruise on that for another few weeks then start the Lucrin and Prednisone. I'm also having another Endometrial scratch done in a few weeks time (God help me!!) and we're aiming for EPU to be done sometime in the week beginning the 9th of December.
Yep, I nearly fell off my chair at the GP's when I saw my AMH result. My GP was surprised too. My FS thinks it's partly to do with the DHEA and lab variances. Am keeping my I'll get a few more eggs at EPU, but there's no guarantee of that. There were a couple of other issues with 2 of my blood tests. One, my FSH was too high for CD3 (FS said it's a sign of my ovaries starting to get tired) and the other was my TSH which despite being in the clinically normal range (mine is at 4.0 and the normal range is anywhere from 0.3-4.00) is not in the optimal range for conception and pregnancy (another of my BH buddies and my research has said the levels should be between 1-2) so that's a bit of a worry for me. My FS isn't concerned about my level, but I am and so have it in mind to go on a preventative course of medication to lower my levels (probably for around 3-4 weeks). Thankfully, I have a GP who has ordered further testing that I've asked for and thinks it's reasonable for me to take this course of action so is happy to prescribe the meds. I just need to run it by my FS first to make sure these meds won't have any negative interactions with any of the drugs/supplements I'm currently taking and will be taking in the near future. Not sure what I'm going to do if my FS strongly opposes my plan???
Anyhoo luv.......stay focused, stay positive, dare to hope!!! You've gotten further this time then last time and there's no reason to think you won't have at least one beautiful emby to transfer (is it tomorrow??) this week!!! I'm cheering you from the sidelines sweetie!!! I'll be watching like a hawk for your update girl!!! Here's some to get you started. luv and until next time......
