    Default 60 minutes story

Did anyone watch this story on 60 minutes?

If so how did you vote?

ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1373798833.202942.jpgThis 'lady' witnessed her father kill her mother, grew up in foster care, wrote condemning things in her diary .... And ended up with 4 dead kids. Anyone who think she's innocent is a stubbie short of a 6 pack..

Yep I watched it. I have reasonable doubt and I don't believe I am a stubbie short.

I didn't see the show, but have been aware of the case for some years now. I know there was a story in the Age Good Weekend Magazine a few months ago where a number of so called "experts" believed she was wrongly convicted. To be honest I don't know enough about it to have a strong opinion one way or other, but its terribly sad.

I don't know how anyone could get that "unlucky" to have 4 children pass away from natural causes in infancy. Both my mum & dad were one of four & all brothers & sisters survived to this day & they were born 40-50 years ago. But, as was mentioned in the story there are other cases where families have lost multiple children to natural causes. It is hard to believe, but I'm on the fence. Partly because its unbelievable & very tragic if she didn't do it & another part of me thinks its too tragic to have any other explanation other than murder.

I do have an unanswered question though, where is the father / fathers?

I don't know what I think, but I do know that description of how a toddler would have fought for her life and the video footage of her were distressing beyond words. I don't think the journal entries were evidence of murder, more like evidence of someone in mental turmoil. So sad.

As I said earlier, I didn't see the story, but it is the same father to all 4 children. They separated after the last baby died and he initially didn't believe the police when they started investigating. He was initially supportive of her but has since changed his mind. I think from memory he may have remarried at some point and has since had more children.

I had reasonable doubt as well and I'm not remotely stupid but thanks for that connotation! If anything had been done to the kids it would have shown in the autopsy and it didn't
