to feel like you have been kicked in the hoohar? I don't mean cramps, I mean like I have to sit/lay down or I get really bad pain on either side of my vaginal entrance (there are glands there). It bloody hurts

That degree of pain sounds extreme. I would mention that to your doctor next time, just to see if there's anything they can recommend to help you or to rule anything else out.

Just a guess, but it could be pressure from your cervix being in low position.

Thanks I will have to remember to tell him, I have an appointment already this week. It only lasts the first 2 days of AF so tends to slip my mind.

I get pain in my lady bits when I get my period, very achey and sore, almost like a pressure, freaking hurts
