Ask someone to take photos for you if policy allows.
I wish like mad I had photos of both the birth and those hours missed afterwards.
Due to complications I was foggy for the first day or two. Very little to no memory.
I had issues bonding but I think the cs under ga just fast tracked things in that respect.
Had no issues milk wise and although barely present at the beginning the midwives put him to my breast for me and made sure he was okay.
