    Default Lunch ideas

    Hi ladies!!
I'm 19 wks today but I'm still struggling to find something healthy to have for lunch that's not on the 'band' list. The other issue is I am a sales rep so my entire work day is based from my car. So I'm unable to heat up, toast or refrigerate food. I can only take an insulated lunch container but I am really struggling for ideas!
Is anyone in the same/similar boat or if you have any ideas of lunch options I can eat whilst I'm on the road? I just don't want to be purchasing good everyday, even so my choices for takeaway are limited, costly and mostly unhealthy.
    Thanks guys xx

You could buy an esky to keep in the car. Place an ice brick in the bottom and that way you can have things like yoghurt, fruit, cheese and crackers, salads made from home, those tinned tuna meals with crackers, tuna that you drain at home and place in container along with some salad stuff to put on a sandwich or roll- just assemble when ready to eat, a container with seeds and nuts to snack on, water or juice. You can also pack snacks to keep in your car like popcorn, muesli bars, fruit, dried fruit- help keep your blood sugar up if you can't eat a proper lunch.
