Depends largely on your budget, but I would say:-
    - pamper package, or
    - pedicure/manicure
    - massage/facial
    - night at movies (preferably gold class)
    - sleep in, day off washing/chores
    - a cooked meal with no dishes
    - underwear or tops after pregnancy/bf
    - good books
    - a new perfume
    - wash/blow dry & a lovely dinner out

It's the simple things that mean the most once you have a baby!

Oroton has some lovely things on crazy sale at the moment- I scored a new wallet for 70% off. Also, Mimco has some great hair accessories and necklaces (again on super sale, which is always a bonus!). Enjoy your birthday

If you like jewellery, what about a pandora bracelet?
