    Sushi, pita pocket sandwiches, ploughmans lunch- slices of cheese and ham and sliced carrot and cherry tomatoes; pita bread broken into pieces brushed with butter and grated cheese served with dips and cut vege sticks; pasta salad; fried rice; stuffed potato- e.g topped with bolognaise sauce and cheese

    When my ds and dd were younger and we were on strict diets for allergies, I used to make chicken nuggets by just dipping the chicken in corn crumbs and then cooking straight away. Otherwise you can always get egg substitute from the allergy section at the supermarket and then just make all your normal recipes with the egg substitute.
