Well, nipple. One of my nipples is so sore tonight!!! I don't know what the best way to relieve it is, any suggestions?
I've started leaking colostrum so is it probably because of that, everything getting used to doing it's thing?
I've put some cream on it (moo goo muddle udder balm) but open to any and all suggestions!

Im only 15wks and 3weeks ago started dry and very itchy nipples.
I got some samle packs in a bag with a magazine recently so have been trying out options.
Very handy! Lol. I'll know exactly what I want to buy by the timei get through all thesesamples in upcoming months!
Paw paw gel or paw paw ointment .. gels the best I reckon. Only the tinest bit and relieves it for few days.

Ive had this for the last few weeks too (am only 14 weeks) and anyone i told thought it was way too early, so its a relief to know i am not the only one.
Pawpaw ointment ontop of my Palmers stretch mark cream is how i have been managing it so far.

I have the same problem, I bought some lanolin but for the life of me can't remember where I put it ( ah baby brain). I've heard it's quite common.

Lansinoh or paw-paw (woolies has a non-petroleum paw paw cream) OR rite aid hydrogel breast pads- they are super soothing

The moo goo stuff you're using now is what I was going to suggest. I used it on sore nipples due to breastfeeding and it was amazing. I think you're right and it's just everything in your body changing and getting ready for bub!
