Default 32nd birthday when on holiday, what to do?

I have asked a few questions about my upcoming holiday in Melbourne on what fun stuff to do with the kids, but as pointed out by my husband I will be having my 32nd birthday when we are there and he is badgering me on what I want to do for it and I have no idea. So I am hoping some lovely bubhubbers will other some suggestions, please!!

From memory you're going with other adults too, your sister I think? Would you be able to get away for an evening?
