Oh my goodness I should stop reading this thread, it's so depressing for me. One day I'll win the lotto and have somewhere nice to live...

I love our revamped kitchen and new storage unit and study nook.

Love the layout of the house (the reason we bought it).

Love the fort DH built out the back.

Love the lounge room - very spacious and has a great feel since we replaced the carpet with wood panelling and painted out the ugly feature walls.

    Love the deck.

    I love everything!
I love the history (1920s queenslander)
I love the amazing mountain views from our back deck
I love the area (20 minutes from the city, 10 minute walk to the beach)
I love the size (6 bedroom, 3 bathroom)
I love all of the original queenslander features
I love that we got to restore, renovate and extend it to make it the perfect house for us!

I will grow old here xxxx

Massive all weather pergola, nice big backyard for DD, being located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the new flooring throughout, and having an ensuite

My yard. It's fully fenced (double fenced) dogs get one yard kids get the other yard so kids can play outside whenever they want. It's also 3acres.

My view. Mountain views. Love it.

I have no close neighbours either which is great. Close enough if I need help far enough away that I can walk around nekkid if I want. I hate neighbours.
