Newmummy I go to Toni Best at the A-Team clinic mudgeeraba - she is awesome. A lot of her clients are IVF/preggers - she is now pregnant herself. I couldn't recommend her enough. Tell her Kate sent you if you go!

Newmummy- i hope little bub is on the way today! I hear pindara labour ward was very very busy today!

Afm- we had our appointment with dr flynn today, so pleased, he was very informative, kind & thorough! More bad news for me though ... Due to sexual abuse in the past I may have further damage and issues which havent been picked up . So I have some decisions to make before next AF arrives...

I hope everyone else is doing well!

Newmummy - I'm hoping that your absence means that you are finally holding your little girl !! Please let us know how you both are when you can.

Fullofhope - I'm really sorry to hear about your past and that this may now mean more issues for you. I truly hope they aren't serious issues and that you are still able to continue on your journey. Thinking of you

As an update, I had my first acupuncture session yesterday and absolutely loved it. I went to Studio Qi in Burleigh and saw Brad. I can't recommend him enough. He asked all about my history and genuinely took an interest in it. He was very well informed on PCOS and what it does to you and also about foods to avoid, etc. I've had a lot of trouble switching my brain off during the past year because it just seems to be blow after blow, but for the first time I was able to fully relax and last night I had the best sleep I have had in a long time. I have crazy dreams all the time and I don't remember having any last night. He wants to see me weekly leading up to EPU and then we will re-assess how often I need to go. I strongly recommend him for anyone wanting to try acupuncture to help them on their journey.

I hope you're all having a great day.
