Just re read and realised you probably know this.
Perhaps it is worth organising an appt via public health with an ENT surgeon to get an idea of how successful this would be for you.
It may not be as painful as you suspect.

Boobs. I suspect once I finish breastfeeding they'll need to be re inflated.

Boobs....Id also like to be in a medicated state for a few days afterwards while it heals so I dont have to deal with the recovery pain. Would just like to wake up with awesome norks, thanks.

Beebs - pp story about her friend is an exceptional case. Sounds like she had a fracture around her eye socket/cheek area and they can be very very complicated.
Septoplasty is a one night stay at the hospital I work in. Discharge is 8 am so it isn't even a 24 hour stay.

I've been looking into a Mummy Makeover. Tummy tuck and combined breast lift and implants.
If I just had to choose one it would hands down be tummy tuck.

I would get my Xanthelasmata removed from my eyelids by laser surgery.
I will probably do this once finished having babies and back to work full time.
Everything else I feel I can live with or change on my own if I worked at it....
Also would like a bit of teeth whitening!

Unless surgery was risk free (which it obviously isn't) I wouldn't go ahead. But My wish list would be:
- boobs (currently small and deflated)
- tummy (lipo and tighten)
- stupid saggy eyelids (genetic from my mum) I hate having ugly eyes lol

I would get lipo on thighs and perhaps breast implants.
However it is not the money that is the issue, it is more the recovery pain and the risk of something going wrong
