I want lipo on my thighs/bum. I can workout/eat well as much as humanly possible and stay slim, but I just have that body shape that means I will never have super skinny legs.

I would get all Inspector Gadget's gadgets inserted. That would be awesome.

I would love to have my track-marks removed.
I haven't used for ten years, but my inner elbows are quite obviously scarred.
Not a great look for a mum of two trying to look professional and respectable and responsible.

Gastric Sleeve and then surgery to fix the excess skin I would end up with.

I wouldn't have anything done. The thought of surgery freaks me out.

Like a pp I'm going to do a list, most wanted to just kinda want
1. Nose. It's big and I hate it!
2. Ears pinned back. They don't stick straight out but it's enough for me to detest having my hair up.
3. Teeth. I have a gap between my two top front teeth. Thanks for saying no to braces when I was a teen, mum
4. A bum lift or implant. Not Kimmy I style but I'd like something! I'm like a surfboard round the back, bit silly when I've got adequate bumps in front.
5. There isn't many and I've been really really lucky but I'd like my stretch marks gone. Df says that he can barely see then but *I* can.
That's my list
