    Default What formula is best for my 3 week old baby?

    I need to start mix feeding, just wondering what formula is best for a 3 week old.

    Each baby is different . I loved bellamys . I found s26 gold very constipating .

    Please stay away from s26, a lot of babies get a lot of pain from constipation & wind from this formula. Try Bellamys organic or karicare Aptimal HA plus.

    I find Nan HA Gold to be good. It was recommended to me as one that's often used in hospitals for newborns.

    Nan HA I found great , it was what my hospital suggested and I never had any problems with it x

    Often chemists or pharmacies or if you call the company direct they will send you a sample sachet or 2 to try out. The formula which your Bub drinks and tolerates is the right one.

    Fwiw. .I used karicare (just the normal stage 1) and Bellamys and they are both really good.

    My DD is 2.5 wks old and has been on mixed feeds since birth. She started on karicare but switched to Nan HA gold on day 3 and we've had no issues with that one.

    We had no problems with s26 at all. Neither did my friends.
