Oh I don't know... I think a lovely shot of me and several of my friends skipping along a beach in g-strings with a charming boat, or maybe a snake photoshopped in would be the perfect pic to greet guests as they walk in the door.
Very, uh, dynamic indeed.
In all seriousness - no, I wouldn't do a lingerie pregnancy shot. It might work for some people, but I'd just look ghastly.

If the pregnant mama feels good in her shoot then more power to her. Naked, covered up, lingerie, granny undies, g-string, whatever tickles her fancy. I think that a pregnant body is a beautiful body and it's only something you can experience a few times in your life so if that's how a mum wants to capture her moment and remember it then why not? : ) If we all had the same pregnancy shots, it'd be boring + we wouldn't expressing our sexiness ; )

I see so many nude pregnancy shoots and while I have nothing against with naked-ness, I think it's a bit weird (and I rarely ever see well done naked shoots). Lingerie seems much more tame to those, but even so I rarely see ones that look nice and I wouldn't put it on a canvas for the world to see.

Would I do it? Nope.. I'd prefer a beach shot in a white dress or something. It has been done and done but I like those kinda shots.

I took my own photo in the nudie when I was pregnant. I keep it with the positive tests and ultrasound pics. I love it.

Well I look like a beached whale when pregnant, nothing sexy about that.
I have seen some beautiful nudie pregnancy shots and wow, they look amazing.
But at the end of the day it's not for me.

I wouldnt mind photos when pregnant. A black bra and lacy boyleg undies would look ok.
We couldnt afford maternity photos. I got ds1 to paint my belly and DP took photos in the yard lol
