    This was tonights yummy dinner!

    Chicken Parmesan.
    Required quick prep: 2 bowls, 1 with egg (beaten) & the other with bread crumbs, seasoning & parmesan cheese - dip chicken breasts in egg then bread crumbs mixture (covering completely) & place into slow cooker pot.
    - sprinkle mozeralla cheese over chicken.
    - cover with complete jar (store brought or homemade) of bolognese sauce.
    - Cook on Low for 6-8hours.
    *Serve with choice of side (pasta or salad)
