Honestly I've no idea? My fs just said elevit. I'm sure he would've said if anything more was needed to give us a better chance of a successful IVF cycle. It worked

my cycles are slightly irregular, hormones all over the place and trying to regulate cycle. I'm on a mult-B vitamin, pregnancy multi (swisse), vitex (over 2000mg per day!) and some Chinese herbs.

Went to acupuncture for the fist time and have had 6 sessions so far. It's doing crazy (but crazy good) things for my cycle. Usually O on day 20+, this month for the first time I've been monitoring (close to 18 mts) I O'd on day 15 . Last cycle on Acupuncture I didn't get sore boobs, AF was not painful in the slightest, I feel emotionally stable and calm (after being an emotional mess almost every day, crying in my office/ toilets at work 2-3 times a week). FS said next step IVF so this is my last efforts to try regulate my cycle which I am convinced is the cause of my problems. It doesn't hurt and is quite relaxing - I call it my voodoo magic session but can't recommend it enough.

I am using Blackmore's Conceive Well Gold, Vitamin D and also Rehmannia from my naturopath. I also just started using castor oil packs last month on the advice of my naturopath. Oh and also Fish Oil. DH is taking Fish Oil, Zinc and a regular multi vitamin....

Wow. That's pretty good. I don't think I have any acupuncture places near me. Still not too keen on the sticky out needles though maybe if I couldn't see it

I've just brought natures own Pms essentials as it worked out cheaper than buying vitex alone & has more stuff in it

Hi Jagamoe! Rehmannia is for your immune system, I have thyroid antibodies which increase the risk of miscarriage. So, in theory the Rehmannia should help me out. I take a few others as recommended by the naturopath.... I do rattle when I walk

The castor oil packs are very relaxing and apparently help unblock any blockages and heal any scar tissue.....
