    Default Weight help...?!!?!

My son Cooper needs grommets put in and adenoids taken out, the surgeon said he would like him as close to 10kg as possible.
He turned 1 on 8/6 and currently weighs 8.5kg.
Any tips on how to help him gain weight?
He goes all the time doesn't stop, and because he has been sick so often he doesn't gain weight well. He is quite tall and doesn't look skinny at all!
He also doesn't have much of an appetite.
He was Breastfeed exclusively until 11 months when he started to refuse boob and by 12 months he was on full formula
    Any help would be appreciated

Maybe start offering more high calorie healthy foods like avocado, olive oil, eggs, peanut or almond butter, meats , full fat cheese and yogurts etc
Does he eat much of these foods now?

He has peanut butter toast for breakfast
Lunch is a sandwich or spaghetti
Dinner is mashed veg and a sausage or cheese on toast.
He hasn't had much of an appetite
He has between 3-4 bottles a day

Try giving him cheese and boiled eggs as snacks or rice cakes/ crackers with avocado , smoothies are good too with full fat milk, yogurt and berries

Hi Hoping, I remember you from our old June due date group!

Maybe you can try him on full fat cows milk instead of formula.

He has both cows milk and toddler milk mainly cause of the pro biotics in the formula cause he has been on anti biotics so much
