    Good morning all

Glamazon- sending you get well vibes, you poor thing!
Mummyrissa- hope you're enjoying your road trip, sounds fun

Littlechimp, jb & december- well done on your losses

I'm 3kg down since starting this challenge and it's made such a difference. I feel really good and for the first time in ages don't feel fat- I could happily remain at this weight, but I'm not at my goal yet so I'm still going to keep at it.

I feel like I've discovered the "secret" to weightloss and being healthy, I no longer feel like I'm dieting, just eating the right foods and no big portions. I feel like this is how I'm going to eat forever, I can't imagine going back to skipping breakfast and eating as many processed carbs as I used to. I feel crap now if eat a heavy carb meal or drink a sugary soda.

Welcome to week 3 guys, good luck

Marigold, well done on your weight loss and also for 'cracking the code' and settling into your new lifestyle, rather than it feeling like dieting. That is really great. You'll make it to your goal, and no doubt you will be a happier, healthier person all round. All the best to you for week 3

jb23 - well done! Hopefully those last few aren't too hard to get rid of.

Marigold - what an amazing loss! It's so good you feel like you've made a real lifestyle change and not just on a 'diet'. The last 8 weeks has been a bit the same for me, I don't miss junk at all. I do have the odd treat, but have found some self control - I can enjoy 1 biscuit, and not feel the need to gorge on 10!

Littleriv - you are doing so great! I'm so jealous - I wish I could get to where you are

Well done on all the losses everyone! You're all doing great! I've lost 0.8kgs this week. I'm happy with that as I haven't been eating as well as I usually do. This week ill make sure to eat a little better!

Morning all, I was wondering if anyone know some exercises that I can introduce to try and firm up a few problem areas, namely, hip/ muffin top area/ stomach? I know I can't expect miracles after 3 babies and I am closing in on 40, but as the kilos have come off, those areas remain very floppy and jelly-like and seemingly haven't shifted at all! So far, all I have done is walking, a bit of jogging and squats. Thanks, girls. x

    Well done bubbles21!

littleriv - would you be into doing some pilates? I have a few pilates DVD's and they really work on your core. Not sure if it's the correct name, but otherwise lots of bicycle sit ups will help tone abs/ oblique area.

Thanks, decemberbubba, I hadn't even thought I could do pilates at home via a DVD- getting to a class would be almost impossible at the moment. I will check out some DVD's and will try some bicycle sit ups. There's weight loss, but toning up is a separate thing!
