Just a quick question about the Crinone gel. On the leaflet it says to use it at the same time each day. I've been told by my nurse to use it about half an hour before bedtime, but my bedtime varies each night, depending on whether we're at home or out. Is it going to matter if some nights I use it later than other nights? Don't want to ring my nurse with what is probably a stupid question! Thanks ladies.

Probably best to ring, but I was told it is the time you take it that is most important as you want a consistent supply in your system. They suggest before bed as lying down helps to limit the chance of it coming back out, but lying down for 5 minutes after use should be sufficient.
Hope that helps and good luck!

I always used to put it in after toilet stop before bed. I was never told to do at same time each night but during week bedtimes would be similar.
I also had to use in mornings so would have to get up earlier, do a toilet stop put the crinone in and then lie back in bed for 30-45 minutes and it would do the trick.

I just always used it at bedtime and I was working so it was about 10 each night but weekends it could be a few hours later and buba still stuck I did mc with that cycle but I doubt it was crinone timing that caused it
