    Yes still doing it. Now down 13 kg in total. Have gone back to the gym and am buffing up!

    I'm thinking of starting this now I've stopped BFing. I don't eat eggs though. What else do people find make a satisfying breakfast/lunch?

    I'm thinking about giving this a go too to get rid of a pesky last couple of kg's. Is the only 'rule' to stick to 500 cal 2 days per week? Are there any other restrictions with the non-fasting days? (I don't want to have to count cals everyday). I eat fairly healthily normally, but find to lose any weight I need to really be strict, which I end up giving up on after a few weeks - or 1 little blow out and I gain back what it took me 2 weeks to lose.

    Congrats on all who have lost weight and also those giving it a go!! Would love to start this but wanted to ask how does everyone count the calories in their 2 days is there an app or something I can use???

    For a non egg breakfast I have a mini protein bar (swisse).
    A great app is my fitness pal. Even has a bar code scanner.
    Rules are 2 non consecutive days. 500 cal from waking up until going to bed. I find if I have a particularly bad week food wise I might do a third day the next week to balance it out. Lots of info out there if you search 5:2.

    I just started this today.
    Yes, I agree. There is meant to be no calorie restriction on your feast days.

    This morning I had weetbix with 1/4 cup milk. Lunchtime I will have 1 carrot with 10g skinny hommus. Tonight I will have a Michelle bridges meal which comes in at 300cal.
    I've had a heavy exercise session which has actually burnt up more calories than I am allowed today.
    So far so good.

    Thing to remember is hunger pangs come and go.
