    Default best exercise DVD's.... hit me!

    Morning ladies,
    As the title suggests, please share with me what your favourite exercise DVD is.
    I feel too busy with work and the children to find the time for the gym too.
    I am thinking exercise dvds may be the convenient way to go and then I will try to squeeze in a run here and there when I can.
    I am hoping that combined with healthy eating I can beat this muffin top and do my jeans up again.
    Today is the first day of the new me (and no chocolate biscuit snacking and no icecream after dinner) lol

    What kind of exercise do you like? I love Kathryn Budig's Aim True DVD. It's really affordable which is great.

    YouTube actually has a heap of workouts for free as well. You can just type in what you're after and you can be sure to find something

    I love Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Sure gives you a workout!!

    I use Michelle Bridges DVD's and I am doing her 12WBT. I really like them and I am a true beginner when it comes to exercise.

    I'm doing the 30-day squat challenge and have definitely noticed an improvement in my thighs/butt/muffin top!

    It's free and only takes a few minutes a day.
