Default I think we've finally made a decision...

After much deliberation, I think we have finally come to a decision regarding a name for our bub.
If its a girl it will be Imogen Kate

    and

If its a boy it will be Lachlan Thomas or Joshua Thomas

DH is giving in to me with Imogen. He loves Olivia Kate but im just not convinced!

    Thoughts, opinions?? Sibling is Lucas.

I really like all your names, we have similar tastes. Imogen and Olivia are both great, personally I would lean to Imogen as its a bit less common. Lachlan and Joshua also great and lockie and josh for short are both cute. Joshua might also get JT as a nickname. Great choices, love them all and they all go well Lucas.

Love them all & would also vote for Imogen as its less common. But I am very partial to Liv as a nickname for Olivia, whereas I'm not sure what it would be for Imogen? Gen?

I love Imogen. It was one of two names we'd pick for DD but went for the other one.

    Me 29 + DH 33 = DD 6 months

I love the name Imogen, had my youngest been a girl he would have been either Amali Imogen or Imogen Amali depending on which suited "her" best!

So I am sold on your girl's name

Both of your boy's names are sweet too. I do like Lachlan a little more than Joshua, but both are good names.

I like the name Imogen, but like a pp said I'm not keen on the nicknames derived from it.
I prefer Joshua to Lachlan, and my niece's name is Olivia Kate so I'm biased towards it

Love the name Imogen, plus it's DDs name! It's a great name and definetly less common than Olivia.

The nickname Liv is the only thing making me consider Olivia. I love Liv or Livvy but really not keen on Olivia as a full name.
As for nicknames for Imogen, I'm imagining calling her Im or Immy, but who knows!
