    Default What's your favorite Chinese Dish??

    So it's my dads birthday today and I'm ordering Chinese for dinner...but I need some inspiration because we want to try some new dishes we haven't had before. .so tell me if you were ordering Chinese what would you get? ? ? Thanks

    we usually order beef in oyster sauce and pork ribs in plum sauce

    I second pork spare ribs in plum sauce. I also love honey prawns, or prawns with ginger and shallots, salt and pepper calamari, chicken and cashews (an old favourite), sang choi bow and prawn toasts with lots of chilli paste. Yum. Enjoy your Dad's birthday.

    Chicken in oyster sauce, lemon chicken, garlic prawns, salt and pepper squid, fillet steak Chinese style.....I feel like Chinese now! :-)
