    Default *spin off* Ikea Expedit

    Spin off from Best Storage Ideas thread. I'm loving Expedit bookshelves and am planning a 2hr drive to Ikea to get me some. Probably 3 I think. Anyway, I'd love to see how you've used yours if you have them. Show me some pics for ideas.

    I just took these now so the sun is ********* through the window so apologies for that. I use one in our casual dining space as a sort of buffet/dumping ground!

    I have one of the large ones in the toy room, I use some of the coloured square boxes from Target until I realized Bunnings sell the same ones but one size larger so they still fit but can hold more!

    biscotti - there is a white and a high gloss white available. Which one do you have?

    Our nearest Ikea is 3 hours away - I really wish they sold their stuff online!

    Degrassi, ours is the matt white, the glossy one wasn't available when I bought this one and as I had to drive a 4 hr return trip to our nearest Ikea, there was no way I was going to be able to convince DH to go back when they had them in stock!

    I found a company that delivers Ikea stuff to my area for 20% of your purchase (min fee $70). I'd rather spend that $70 on petrol and go for a day out and see the whole store. Think I'm going this Saturday. Yay!!!
