Just wondering at what age did your boys stand up and hold their willy to wee.
I hate that my 3.5 yr old wants to sit on public toilets so just wondering about it.

My 3.5 sits down, it's less messy that way!

My poor little ds still has to sit to do wee's and he is 4 in a few weeks because he has a ****** directional problem as a little peice of skin is blocking the hole in his pen1s . His getting surgery in a month and is so super excited to be able to do stand up wee's soon like the other boys.

My DS sits down on one of those toilet steps at home & then when out & about we hold him up over the toilet seat so he is not touching public toilet.

He sits. Given how utterly disgusting 3 year old boys are, I think public toilet seats are the least of my worries

Is it weird that I don't find my 3 yr old to be messy at all! Never had a problem and his been standing to wee for the past 3mths!

ds (nearly 4 ) steps up onto the stool and pees standing but when were out the toilets are too tall her him to errr aim properly.
We got of those aim thing for the toilet to encourage peeing standing up, worked a treat.. but up until about a month ago he only used to sit down.

DS (nearly 4) has been standing to wee for the last ?9 months or so. He started by standing on a little foot stool, but is now tall enough that he no longer needs it.
Probably TMI, but he learnt to wee in the shower (aiming for the drain), so has always been used to standing.
