I just read this thread, so sorry for what happened to you and your DD I'm do glad you went with your instincts and made her hide!
You are a amazing strong woman, you sound like you are handling it better then most, I'm sure you have your crap days though!
I wouldn't worry about not bonding during pregnancy, it's pretty common. Just wait and see how you feel after birth, but take your time.
I have a 5 year age gap, everything comes flooding back, if not the hospital staff will help you.
